I was first referred to Nami by my regular dentist, Mr Hennie Lewis, as I had an ongoing problem with a crown which had come out on numerous occasions, and my understanding was the root had collapsed and that the only solution was to have either a crown bridged across the other teeth or his recommendation of an implant.

On my first appointment with Nami I was a little apprehensive as I am inclined to gag, but right from the start he reassured me and has been very caring throughout all this treatment.

Since the first implant I have received a second, and in each case the procedures were explained to me with the aid of the x-rays showing that on one the gum was inflamed and the surrounding bone collapsed, and the other a fine crack so that the areas had to be prepared for the implants.

At each treatment, when a very caring nurse was also present, the procedures were carried out without pain and very efficiently, and an explanation of what was going on at all times, and it was very reassuring to receive a phone call from Nami at home a day or so after each treatment, to check that everything was going well.

Since my first visit to Nami, my son David has also had an implant and my wife Gloria has been much more complex than myself, as she has had around six implants and in some of these cases was multiple teeth, and she is also extremely pleased with the care she had and the end result as she has diabetes which appeared to be effecting the gums, so she is delighted with the end result just like myself.

From my first entry into the clinic, I felt that I was in safe and experienced hands. All the administration and clinical staff I encountered were most friendly, welcoming and extremely competent within their various roles.

My preliminary interview and examination with Nami was a most thorough and friendly affair; I felt that I was receiving the best of treatment from an obviously experienced and assured dental surgeon. Nami quickly established by examination and x-ray that I was in need of prolonged treatment, firstly to stabilise my dental health and then to prepare for the fitting of a number of dental implants in order to restore the required number of lost teeth.

I was most impressed with the various diagnostic, imaging and surgical methods and equipment deployed during my treatment.

At a recent check-up, Nami professed himself very satisfied with my overall dental health. The most impressive 3D digital-imaging system revealed that there was little or no bone loss and that the implants were totally secure. I must say that being able to compare ‘then and now’ images on the computer screen allowed me to see these things clearly; at once informative, reassuring and thoroughly professional.

I consider that I have received the best of treatment and the best of results. I would firmly and unhesitatingly recommend Nami to any of my friends and family who might be in need of similar, or any, dental treatment.

Having spent many years dreading my visits to the dentist and the thought of having dentures was even more scary, I was sent to Nami to discuss the possibility of having implants. I had two broken teeth at the front and two bridges beside them, so there was quite a large gap to fill. On the first visit I was quite nervous but I have to say I need not have worried. Nami was professional and friendly and put me at east explaining everything and what to expect.

I had the two broken teeth extracted and later two implants. At every visit he explained to me what was going to happen. The whole process was not as painful as I expected and I am so pleased with the result. I would have no hesitation having more treatment done in the future and would recommend this procedure and especially Nami for his great work.

My consultation with Nami to discuss replacement dental implants of my missing teeth proved to be informative and well conducted. Each stage of my treatment was carefully explained in detail and outlined in letter form so I knew exactly what to expect at each appointment.

When I no longer had my top set of teeth and found I couldn’t keep a dental plate in place, I decided implants would be the answer; so on the recommendation of my dentist I saw Mr Nami Farkhondeh who told me it might be difficult because of my age – nearly 80.

From my first visit I was treated with great respect from all the staff and Nami said he would do all he could to help me and he did. I had many appointments where Nami explained to me what he was doing and ten months later my implants were in place – brilliant!
